For the appetizer of the New Year's Eve we give you a tasty tip: zucchini roses and speck!

Take the zucchini, cut into slices and grill them.
Roll out the rolls of puff pastry and, with a smooth-edged cutter, cut four strips from each roll.
On the top of the pastry lay the grilled zucchini and the speck horizontally, while on the lower part pour a teaspoon of tomato sauce and let distribute it over the entire surface. Add zucchini, speck, salt and pepper and roll the dough on itself, paying particular attention to seal the bottom.
Place the zucchini roses in a previously oiled muffin mold and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
