1st Step
To prepare the chocolate cupcake begins by inserting all the powders inside a large cup: sifted flour, baking powder and bitter cocoa.
Chop 90 g of dark chocolate, melt it in a bain-marie and set aside.
Put 160 g of butter at room temperature with 130 g of sugar, add one egg at a time, continuing to use the electric mixer until you get a frothy consistency.
Combine 60 ml of milk, melted dark chocolate and blend all the ingredients.
When the mixture is well blended, pour the powders a little at a time and mix it from top to bottom until a lump-free mixture is obtained. -
2nd Step
Insert the paper cups in the 12 cupcake mold, add a small piece of chocolate in each mold and use a little bag to pour the dough covering the ¾ of each single baking paper.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Bake the cupcakes and let them cool. -
3rd Step
Meanwhile let's prepare the butter cream.
Frull 150 g of butter with 10 ml of milk and vanilla extract, add the icing sugar and whip until a compact cream is obtained.
To obtain orange frosting add a little orange food coloring and mix the mixture.
Insert the butter cream in the pastry bag, choose the spout you like best and have fun garnishing your cupcakes!
