What makes the strudel even tasteful? Divella wholewheat organic puff pastry can!
1° Step
Melt 30 g of butter in a pan, add the breadcrumbs, leave to toast for a few minutes, turn off the heat and wait for it to cool. Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into thin slices. Pour the apples into a large bowl and add the sugar, walnuts, raisins, cinnamon, lemon juice and grated lemon peel.
2° Step
Melt the remaining 30 grams of butter and in the meantime spread the Divella whole puff pastry on a baking sheet. Brush the melted butter in the center of the pastry, add the toasted breadcrumbs that will absorb all the juices released by the apples during cooking, add the mixture of apples, spices and dried fruit and roll the puff pastry from the longest side.
3° Step
Also seal the sides, put it away with the closure down and brush it with melted butter. Cook the strudel in preheated oven and ventilated at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, let it cool and sprinkle with icing sugar.
