Classic Pesto Genovese
Fresh Pasta and Ready-Made Pastry
Step 1
Bring the water to the boil and tip the fresh Trofiette pasta into the water. When the pasta is cooked, drain it and keep some of the cooking water for later.
Step 2
Add some Divella basil pesto to the drained Trofiette pasta and pour in some of the cooking water. Stir and let all the flavours mix well together.
