Classic Ottimini
Step 1
First, take 500 g of strawberries, wash them, clean them and cut them into thin slices. Add 125 g of sugar and cook over low heat for 5-7 minutes until the sugar completely dissolves. Turn off the heat and leave to cool. Set 200 g of sliced strawberries aside and blend the remaining strawberries to make a strawberry sauce for topping the tiramisu. Place the strawberry sauce in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Step 2
In the meantime, whip the egg yolks with 125 g of sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy, add mascarpone and mix until smooth. Take the savoiardi biscuits, dip them in the milk and coffee mix and start composing your tiramisu.
Step 3
Line up the savoiardi biscuits in the dish creating an even layer, add the mascarpone cream and cover with another layer of savoiardi biscuits. Repeat the operation twice, sprinkle the top layer with cocoa and bring your creation to the table!
Enjoy your meal!
