Turmeric Spaghetti, smoked scamorza cheese and bacon: here you are the recipe for a tasty lunch!
Blanch the tomatoes, peel them and cut them into cubes, removing the seeds. Chop the scamorza cheese, and cut the bacon into small pieces. Put the crushed garlic in a pan with a little oil and cheek ham. Brown briefly, then add the tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes; season with salt and pepper.
Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in a plenty pan of salted water. Drain the pasta keeping aside a little cooking water. Pass it in the pan with the sauce, adding a little cooking water.
Remove from the heat and complete with grated scamorza cheese. Mix well and serve.
