  • 1 kg fresh spinach
  • ricotta cheese, 500 g
  • parmesan cheese, 120 g
  • 2 eggs
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • nutmeg, 1 pinch
  • water, 100 ml

Make a pie with puff pastry Divella is really easy!
Step 1
Clean and rinse the spinach, and put it in a pot with some water. Cook for 15 minutes, season with salt and pepper, discard the cooking water and leave to cool. Heat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Blend the spinach and pour it in a bowl. Add the Parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese, a pinch of nutmeg, beaten eggs, salt and pepper. Line the baking tray with parchment paper and roll out Divella puff pastry. Press the pastry to the edges of the baking tray.
Step 3
Poke the pastry base with a fork, add the spinach mixture and spread it evenly. Cover with another layer of Divella puff pastry. Bake the pie in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
