  • Milk, 180 ml

  • Cinammon, a pinch
  • Bitter Cocoa, 30 g

Perfect for your breakfast or a snack, chestnut and chocolate pie is always a good idea! Find out how to prepare it.
1° Step
First of all, using an electric whisk, whip the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy. In a large bowl, add the flour 00 Divella sieved, the chestnut flour, the cocoa powder, the baking powder and slowly pour the milk, incorporating it into the dough. Put the egg and sugar mixture, pouring it a little at a time and mixing from bottom to top.
2° Step
Once the dough is well mixed, transfer half of it in a buttered baking pan, add the chopped chestnuts and cover with the remaining part.
3° Step
Bake at 180 ° C in a preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes. When cooked, let it cool for ten minutes. Plate and garnish with a sprinkling of powdered sugar.
