Surprise them with the Ottimino Cake!

First of all, prepare the base of the Ottimino Cake.
Take 250g of Wholemeal Ottimini with Chocolate Drops, blend in the mixer and place them in a bowl.
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add it a little at a time to the chopped Ottimini and mix it well.
Cover the base of a hinged cake pan with parchment paper, pour the shaved biscuits into the cake tin and with the help of a well compact spoon the base. Put the cake tin in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, soak 12 g of gelatine in sheets and whip the cream. Take the jelly, squeeze it, add a tablespoon of hot water and melt it vigorously.
Add the cream jelly, amalgam and divide the cream into three equal parts and pour into three different cups.
In the first cup add the cocoa and mix for one minute. In the second cup instead, insert the soluble coffee and cook for another two minutes. The third cup, finally, will contain the last layer of the cake, the layer of classic cream.
Take the cake tin and, inside it, arrange the Ottimini in a horizontal way.
Pour the coffee cream first, then the cocoa cream and finally the classic cream. Level the last layer, covered with flakes of dark chocolate and place in the middle of the cake two little tips.
Cover with the transparent film and put it in the fridge for at least two hours.
