Tasty and tempting recipe to adapt to your favorite cheeses! Try it with a pinch of curry.
1st Step
Heat up a pan of boiling salted water and bring to a boil; in the meantime, cut the cheese into cubes.
2nd Step
Pour the milk and the liquid cream in a non-stick pan large enough and let them cool; then add the diced cheese and grated parmesan cheese. Melt the cheeses over low heat, stirring constantly; When the cheeses have melted to form a smooth sauce, season with a pinch of salt and a good sprinkling of freshly ground pepper.
3rd Step
Add the pasta in the water and, after cooking, drain and place in the pan of cheeses stiring in thoroughly over low heat. Serve hot.
