  • Ingredients
    • Divella Flour type 0, 350 g.
    • Salt, 1/2 tsp
    • Divella extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon
    • Warm water, 210 ml.
    • Dry yeast for pizza, 7 g.
    • Ripe tomatoes, 300 g.
    • Olives, 60 g.

As an appetizer, snack or starter, focaccia is always delicious!

Taste it with cherry tomatoes and olives, according to the Apulian tradition.

  • 1st Step

    Mix the flour with salt and baking powder to which you will add two teaspoons of sugar. Combine the warm water and olive oil until the mixture is elastic;

  • 2nd Step

    Cover with a towel and let rise for about an hour in a warm place; after an hour, resume the dough and briefly knead  (about a minute) to remove air inside, then roll it out into a baking dish greased with oil;

  • 3rd Step

    Cover again and let rise for 20 minutes; forme with the fingers deep dimples on the cake and let rise one last time for 10 minutes;

  • 4th Step

    Sprinkle the surface of the cake with oil, tomato and olives and bake at 200 ° C for 25 minutes.
