What's more delicious than chocolate salami?
Follow our recipe made with Ottimini with Almonds.
First of all, crumble the Ottimini with almonds in your hands and put them aside.
Chop the chocolate, insert it in a saucepan and cook in a bain-marie until it is completely melted. Turn off the heat and leave it to cool for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, put the butter in a bowl, add the sugar and cook for a few minutes, incorporate the eggs and continue to beat with electric whips until you get a light, foamy and homogeneous. Combine the melted chocolate at room temperature and mix until the chocolate is completely blended.
Pour the Ottimini with almonds into the chocolate mixture and mix well all the ingredients.
Transfer the mixture onto the parchment paper, spread it homogeneously giving it the classic shape of the salami, lift the two ends of the sheet and roll it up on itself. Cover with the foil and place the chocolate salami in the fridge, leaving it to harden for at least four hours.
After all, remove the chocolate salami from the fridge and serve it cut into slices.
Enjoy your meal!
