Statement pursuant to the Regulation EU no. 679/2016

In accordance with the Art. 13 of the Regulation EU no. 679/2016, F. Divella S.p.a. with headquarters registered in Largo D. Divella, 1, 70018 Rutigliano (BA), Data Controller, notifies that the processing of your personal data, mainly performed with automated tools, is intended to manage and respond to your requests. The provision of your personal data is indispensable and if you decide not to consent their processing for said purposes, you may be unable to send your request. The legal basis on which said processing lays, aims at the implementation of the services dedicated to the Data Subject. Personal data will be retained in order to manage your requests.

Indeed, you are entitled to ask about the origin of your data as well as the reason and the aim of their Processing; moreover, you have the right to ask for data cancellation or conversion into anonymous form, block them if processed illegally and even legitimately refuse their processing. Data can also be updated, rectified or, in case of interest, integrated. The right to withdraw your consent on data processing is guaranteed at any moment and its application will not compromise the lawfulness of the Processing policies accepted before your data withdrawal. The right to data portability as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority are both guaranteed.
