1st Step
Sauté the minced onion in the pan with oil, add the pumpkin cubes, salt and pepper and cover with a lid. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once cooked, add the pumpkin in a graduated kitchen glass, add the milk and blend until you get a smooth cream.

2nd Step
In a large saucepan, brown the chopped onion with the oil, insert the Carnaroli rice and leave it to toast for a minute. Pour three ladles of vegetable broth and cook over medium heat for seven minutes.

3rd Step
Add the cubes speck, the pumpkin cream, add a ladle of vegetable stock and complete the cooking. Plate and garnish with some marjoram leaves. Enjoy your meal!
