    • Puff pastry round Divella, 2
    • 1 kg of fresh spinach
    • 500 g ricotta
    • 120 g of Parmesan cheese
    • 2 eggs
    • Salt to taste.
    • pepper as needed
    • nutmeg, 1 pinch
    • water 100 ml
Make a pie with puff pastry Divella is really easy!
  • 1st Step

    Clean the spinach, rinse them and place them in a pot with a little water. Cook for 15 minutes, season with salt and pepper, remove the cooking water and let it cool. Heat the oven to 180 degrees.

  • 2nd Step

    Mix the spinach and place it in a bowl; add the parmesan, ricotta, a pinch of nutmeg, beaten eggs, salt and pepper.
    Cover a baking sheet with baking paper and insert the first puff pastry roll Divella, making sure that it adheres completely to the edges.

  • 3rd Step

    After piercing the base with a fork, add the spinach mixture, level it and cover with the second roll of Divella puff pastry. Bake the cake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
