For a fresh summer lunch by the sea, yu need a special rice salad!
Cook the rice in abundant salted water; drain al dente and let it cool.
Cut the feta cheese, previously boiled green beans, the pitted olives and, to your liking, some cherry tomatoes, cut into small pieces.
Mix the ingredients with rice, adding oil, a pinch of turmeric. Taste to check the level of flavor. Add some pepper and mix it again.
Leave to cool for about 1 hour in the fridge.
