For a fresh summer lunch by the sea, yu need a special rice salad!

Cook the rice in abundant salted water; drain al dente and let it cool.
2nd Step

3rd Step
Mix the ingredients with rice, adding oil, a pinch of turmeric. Taste to check the level of flavor. Add some pepper and mix it again. Leave to cool for about 1 hour in the fridge.
