Disclosure pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 – Registration

F. Divella S.p.a., with registered office in Largo D. Divella, 1, 70018 Rutigliano (BA), Data Controller, informs you, pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 (hereinafter Regulation), that the processing of your personal data is carried out in order to allow you to register on the site and take advantage of related services. The provision of data is necessary to pursue the above purposes. The legal basis for such processing is the performance of user services.
The processing will be carried out by automated and manual means through security measures to ensure the protection and maximum confidentiality of the same.

You may therefore ask to have knowledge of the origin of the data as well as the logic and purposes of the Processing; to obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as the updating, rectification or, if there is interest, the integration of the data; to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing. The right to data portability, to complain to a supervisory authority is guaranteed.
