Mafaldine with mushrooms and walnuts

  • Ingredients
    • Divella Mafaldine, 400 g
    • Mushroom, 300 g
    • Walnuts, 10
    • Pecorino cheese or Grana Padano cheese, 2 spoons
    • Pepper and salt, as you need

  • 1st Step

    Clean the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces. Cook for about ten minutes in a pan with oil, salt and pepper.

  • 2nd Step

    Meanwhile, cook the pasta and, when cooked, drain it in the pan with the mushrooms, adding oil, pecorino or Grana cheese and, at the end, the chopped walnuts.

    Amalgamate everything and serve with other chopped walnuts and a little pepper.
