Mafaldine 81 Divella, kushrooms and walnuts: autumn is here
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces. Cook for about ten minutes in a pan with oil, salt and pepper.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta and, when cooked, drain it in the pan with the mushrooms, adding oil, pecorino or Grana cheese and, at the end, the chopped walnuts.
Amalgamate everything and serve with other chopped walnuts and a little pepper.
