Pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016, regarding the “protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data” (hereinafter also “the Regulation”), F. Divella S.p.a., with registered office in Largo D. Divella, 1, 70018 Rutigliano (BA), in its capacity as Data Controller, hereby informs you that the processing of your personal data—carried out using automated and manual tools through security measures designed to guarantee the protection and maximum confidentiality of the data—is performed for the following purposes:
The provision of data for these activities is optional, and any refusal may make it impossible for the Data Controller to pursue the aforementioned purposes.
Data relating to marketing activities (as per the first point) will be stored until the Data Subject withdraws consent, which can be done at any time via the specific link found in every communication. In the absence of withdrawal, the data will be stored for a maximum period of 24 months from the last communication by the Data Controller. Data relating to profiling activities (as per the second point) will be stored until the Data Subject withdraws consent, which can be done at any time via the specific link found in every communication. In the absence of withdrawal, the data will be stored for a maximum period of 12 months from the last communication by the Data Controller.
The data, which will not be disseminated, may be communicated to third-party companies for the fulfillment of the aforementioned purposes (e.g., mailing companies for sending commercial information) and to subjects who are granted access to the data by law and/or secondary legislation. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is based on the provision of consent. Regarding the latter, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on the consent provided prior to its withdrawal.
Finally, we inform you that you may contact the Data Controller and exercise the rights provided for in Art. 12 of the Regulation by writing to the following email: divella@divella.it. You may, therefore, request to know the origin of the data as well as the logic and purposes of the processing; to obtain the erasure, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as the updating, rectification or, where interested, integration of the data; and to object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing. The right to withdraw consent at any time is guaranteed, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal. The right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority are guaranteed.
