Divella, 1, 70018 Rutigliano (BA), Data Controller, notifies that the processing of your Personal Data is mainly performed with automated tools and by respecting the security measures finalised to the safeguard and maximum privacy protection of the processed data and it is carried out as a means to:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style: num;\">\n<li>send you the prize once all shopping point have been collected; your data provision is indispensable and the refusal to provide them will cause the impossibility for the Controller to perform said activity. The legal basis on which data processing lays, aims at the implementation of the services dedicated to the Data Subject;<\/li>\n<li>Send you promotional and\/or commercial information concerning our products and services as well as promotional activities dedicated to the Data Subject. Said information will be sent by email, SMS, ordinary post or telephone number you have provided; data provision is not mandatory and the refusal to provide them will cause the impossibility for the Controller to perform the above-mentioned activities. The legal basis on which data processing activities lay, is based on consent provision. Your consent can be withdrawn in any moment.
