Divella, 1, 70018 Rutigliano (BA), in its capacity as Data Controller, hereby informs you, pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation 679\/2016 (hereinafter &#8220;Regulation&#8221;), that the processing of your personal data is intended for the recruitment and selection of personnel aimed at establishing an employment or collaboration relationship with our company, and for the performance of all activities related to the selection and hiring process. The provision of data is necessary, and any refusal may make it impossible to carry out the aforementioned activities. The legal basis for processing is pre-contractual and contractual activity. Should your CV contain special categories of data (sensitive data), these will be processed, only where necessary and relevant, to evaluate your candidacy; for the processing of special categories of data, the legal basis is the statutory obligation pursuant to Art. 9 paragraph 2 letter b) and Art. 88 of the Regulation, as well as compliance with the \u201cProvisions relating to the processing of special categories of data in employment relationships (Provv. 146 of 2019, Annex 1, par. 1)\u201d.<br \/>\nProcessing will be carried out using automated and manual tools through security measures designed to guarantee their protection and maximum confidentiality.<br \/>\nThe data will neither be communicated nor disseminated and will be stored for the period strictly necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes and, in any case, for a period not exceeding 6 months.<br \/>\nFinally, we inform you that you may contact the Data Controller and exercise the rights provided for in Art. 12 of the Regulation by writing to <a href=\"mailto:divella@divella.it\">divella@divella.it<\/a>.<br \/>\nYou may, therefore, request to know the origin of the data as well as the logic and purposes of the processing; to obtain the erasure, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as the updating, rectification or, where interested, integration of the data; to object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing.
