Price displayed are quoted in Euros (\u20ac), only applied to Italy and inclusive of VAT and incidental expenses related to containers and packaging.
\nAll prices are inclusive of shipping costs to the customer’s home, only for deliveries in the Italian territory.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Payments<\/h4>\n

You can choose from:
\n– payment on delivery<\/strong>;
\n– payment by credit card<\/strong>.
\nPayment by credit card can be made through the use of one of the partner cards with Visa and MasterCard. The credit card transactions provide the security standards of SSL transactions (Secure Socket Layer) guaranteed by Gest-Pay system of Sella Bank.
\nThe charge of the Credit Card only occurs at time of shipment of the goods and not at sending online order.
\n– payment by PayPal<\/strong>.
\nThe Customer may opt to pay for purchases via a verified PayPal account.
\nThe Seller accepts payments from verified accounts and reserves the right to ship goods to the PayPal verified account address.
\nPayments made through verified PayPal accounts CANNOT be cancelled.<\/p>\n

Shipments<\/h4>\n

Divella\u2019s offers are limited to the national territory. delivery takes place through express courier, within thirty days from the day following receipt of the order.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

RMA<\/h4>\n

According to Legislative Decree 21\/2014 since February 2014, the customer can exercize the right of withdrawal proceeding to return the purchased products.
\nThe right of withdrawal applies to natural persons acting for purposes not directly related to their professional activity. Purchases made by retailers and companies are excluded from this right, and is exercised by sending, within 14 days of their receipt, the written communication to: F. Divella S.p.A. Largo Domenico Divella, 1, 70018 Rutigliano (BA).
\nThe communication can be sent, within the same period also by mail, telegram, telex, facsimile, provided that within 48 hours after it is confirmed by registered letter with proof of delivery.
\nThe exercise of the right of withdrawal requires the return, in good state of preservation of the products purchased. Products must be carefully packaged to protect the original covers from any damage, writing or labeling.
\nIt is understood that the return of the goods will take place at the expense and risk of the total F. Divella S.p.A.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Billing<\/h4>\n

The subjects that require a bill must make a request time of order, upon notice of the number of VAT and other useful items to invoicing.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Unavailability of products<\/h4>\n
