Tortelloni with Ricotta & Spinach
The tortelli with ricotta and spinach are perfect for Sunday and holidays lunches but also simple and quick to prepare during the week. Try the tasty Divella tortelli butter and sage!
1st Step
Pour Divella tortelloni with ricotta and spinach directly in a pan, along with 800ml of cold water.
2nd Step
Let cook on the stove for about 14 'until the water has evaporated, stirring occasionally and adding sage more or less halfway through cooking.
3rd Step
Then, add the butter and briefly stir. Serve and garnish with a sage leaf
