Have you ever taste the Spaghetti with curcuma? We cooked with zucchini, sun dried tomatoes and Grana Padano cheese.
Fill a pot with water and let it boil. At this point, pour the turmeric spaghetti and add some salt.
Meanwhile, cut the zucchini into cubes, after having washed them well; pour into a non-stick pan with oil, salt to taste and let it cook for few minutes. Separately, cut the dried tomatoes into small pieces and grate Grana Padano.
Drain the pasta and pour it into the pan with the zucchini, let it fry with another little oil and then, after the fire is off, add the dried tomatoes and the grated parmesan. Amalgamate a little more and then serve.
