    • Flour tipe 00, 250 g
    • Melted Butter, 125 g
    • Granulated sugar, 80 g
    • Egg yolks, 2
    • Lemon grated crust, half
    • Vanilla flavouring, 1 little plastic bag
    • Salt, 1 pinch
    • Cinammon, 1 pinch
    • Dark chocolate, 300 g
    • Colorful garnish

At carnival every mask is worth, especially if sweet and tasty!

  • 1st Step

    Place the flour, the icing sugar and the soft butter cut into cubes in a bowl and knead the ingredients until it has a granular consistency.

    Add the eggs yolks, the vanilla flavour, the grated peel of ½ lemon, a pinch of salt and a pinch of cinnamon and mix it all together.

  • 2nd Step

    Put the mixture on a plane, compact it quickly with your hands until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough. Wrap it in the transparent film and put it in the fridge for 30/45 minutes.

    Once the cooling time has passed, put the work surface in flour, transfer the shortcrust pastry to the top and roll out the dough with a rolling pin to obtain a thickness of 7 mm.

  • 3rd Step

    Cut out your pastry according to your favorite carnival mask and transfer the biscuits on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes and wait for it to cool.

  • 4th Step
