| Grooved Penne ziti with vegetables |

| Ingredients (for 4 persons) |
| - Grooved Penne Ziti Divella 500 g |
| - Ripe tomatoes 4 |
| - Zucchini 1 |
| - Yellow peppers half |
| - Red peppers half |
| - Aubergine 1 |
| - Olive oil Divella as much as |
| - Salt as much as |
| - Basil as much as |
| - Chili a red hot one |
| - Garlic 2 pieces |
| Preparation |
| 1) Toast peppers on the flame, peel, seed and cut them into (listarelle). |
| 2) Wash (zucchina) and aubergine and cut them into fingers. brown garlic in 5 spoons of oil, pressed it with a fork and take it
off. sprinkle the chilly pepper minced, salt and add the tomatoes scalded, peeled and cut in fillets. |
| 3) Mix, cover and let to cook for 15 min.in the mean time, boiled tha pasta al dente in abundant salted water, dry and season it
with a file of oil and grana. |
| 4) Pour the pasta in the pot with the vegetables and mixing let top cook for 2 min. then add basil minced, mix and serve. |
