| Ingredients (for 4 persons) |
| - Peeled Tomatoes Divella 500 g |
| - Penne ziti Divella 500 g |
| - Butter as much as |
| - Bread crumbs as much as |
| - Cheese sheep's milk chase, as much as |
| - Chili pepper as much as |
| - Black olives 70 g |
| - Fillets Sardins 8 |
| - Olive oil Divella as much as |
| - Salt as much as |
| - Parsley as much as |
| Preparation |
| 1) Brown garlic with 4 spoons of oil. remove it and add minced parsley and switch off the fire. |
| 2) Cook the pasta al dente in abundant salted water and season it with spiced oil. cook for 10 min. the pulp of tomatoes,
sardines, olives, chilly pepper with 3 spoons of oil. |
| 3) Then pour the sauce on the pasta, mix and put on a buttered heat resistant glass-ware. |
| 4) Sprinkle with 2 spoons of grated pecorino and 2 of bread crumbs. put in a hot oven to 200° for 20 min. |
