Baked Penne ziti

 Ingredients (for 4 persons)
- Peeled Tomatoes Divella   500 g
- Penne ziti Divella   500 g
- Butter   as much as
- Bread crumbs   as much as
- Cheese   sheep's milk chase, as much as
- Chili pepper   as much as
- Black olives   70 g
- Fillets Sardins   8
- Olive oil Divella   as much as
- Salt   as much as
- Parsley   as much as
 Preparation
1) Brown garlic with 4 spoons of oil. remove it and add minced parsley and switch off the fire.
2) Cook the pasta al dente in abundant salted water and season it with spiced oil. cook for 10 min. the pulp of tomatoes, sardines, olives, chilly pepper with 3 spoons of oil.
3) Then pour the sauce on the pasta, mix and put on a buttered heat resistant glass-ware.
4) Sprinkle with 2 spoons of grated pecorino and 2 of bread crumbs. put in a hot oven to 200° for 20 min.
