| Preparation |
| 1) Brown garlic and chilly pepper with 5 spoons of oil . remove garlic and add diced bacon. |
| 2) Cook for some seconds then pour half glass of white wine and let to evaporate. |
| 3) Take off the chilly pepper and add peeled tomatoes, mixing well and cook for 15 min on a moderate flame, covering with a lid
only half pot. cook the penne al dente. dry and pour in the pot with the sauce. |
| 4) Mix for 1 min. put on a dish and sprinkle with pecorino romano, serve immediately. |
