Penne all’arrabbiata

 Ingredients (for 4 persons)
- Grooved Penne Ziti Divella   400 g
- Peeled Tomatoes Divella   500 g
- White wine   
- Chili   2 o 3 pieces
- Cheese   30 g, sheep's milk chase
- Bacon   150g
- Garlic   as much as
- Olive oil Divella   as much as
- Salt   as much as
 Preparation
1) Brown garlic and chilly pepper with 5 spoons of oil . remove garlic and add diced bacon.
2) Cook for some seconds then pour half glass of white wine and let to evaporate.
3) Take off the chilly pepper and add peeled tomatoes, mixing well and cook for 15 min on a moderate flame, covering with a lid only half pot. cook the penne al dente. dry and pour in the pot with the sauce.
4) Mix for 1 min. put on a dish and sprinkle with pecorino romano, serve immediately.
