| Fusilli with salmon |

| Ingredients (for 4 persons) |
| - Fusilli Divella 400 g |
| - Smoked salmon 150 g |
| - White pepper |
| - Cream a cup |
| - Butter 30 g |
| - Garlic a piece |
| - Salt as much as |
| - Aubergine 3 |
| Preparation |
| 1) Brown butter in a little pot and season with a clove of garlic. |
| 2) Then take off and pour in a bigger pot without garlic. put on flame and add cream, diced salmon and some grated peel of
lemon, a pinch of salt and mix carefully. |
| 3) In the mean time, boil the fusilli, dry al dente and mix in the pot with the prepared of salmon. |
| 4) Keep on flame for some min. add butter and sprinkle with pepper. |
