Rigatoni with meat

 Ingredients (for 4 persons)
- Peeled Tomatoes Divella   250 g
- Rigatoni Divella   400 g
- Soup cube   1
- Red wine   half a glass
- Onion   half
- Rolled smoked ham   200 g
- Butter   as much as
- Cheese   sheep's milk chase, as much as
- Pepper   as much as
- Garlic   a piece
- Salt   as much as
 Preparation
1) Brown garlic and onion minced, then add meat diced, mixing.
2) Pour wine and let to evaporate, add the purèe tomatoes, bouillon cube minced and a handful of pepper . cook in a covered pot for about 40 min. and salt.
3) Cook the pasta in abundant salted water , dry and season it with a knob of butter , 2 handfuls of pecorino and sauce, mixing well
