| Ingredients (for 4 persons) |
| - Peeled Tomatoes Divella 250 g |
| - Rigatoni Divella 400 g |
| - Soup cube 1 |
| - Red wine half a glass |

| - Rolled smoked ham 200 g |

| Preparation |
| 1) Brown garlic and onion minced, then add meat diced, mixing. |
| 2) Pour wine and let to evaporate, add the purèe tomatoes, bouillon cube minced and a handful of pepper . cook in a covered pot
for about 40 min. and salt. |
| 3) Cook the pasta in abundant salted water , dry and season it with a knob of butter , 2 handfuls of pecorino and sauce, mixing
